Sunset Residence blends sophisticated classic French architecture with 21st century technology. The 35,000 square foot, 7 bedroom, 13 bathroom Beverly Hills estate is encased in elegant stone carvings and sets atop a 2 acre property that overlooks the iconic Sunset Boulevard. This property has been featured on ExtraTV and most recently as a backdrop for an NBC Today Show segment.

“Beverly Estates explores the concept of shelter and enclosure,” says Brian Biglin. “The main strategy for the design was to maximize the views along the south-west facing slope.” The property features multiple outdoor seating areas including an al fresco kitchen and a lowered fire pit area to enjoy the views of the city of Los Angeles and the Pacific ocean.
